Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Please read our returns policy carefully.


We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product has a major problem. This includes if the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they had known about it;

  • Is unsafe;

  • Is significantly different from the description or sample shown;

  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed.

If the problem is not major, we may choose to replace it.

Change of Mind
Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but at our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit.

How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at sarabrenton@proton.me within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Return Shipping
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If a return is accepted for another reason, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
